Define the word and where it originated. All work must be completed in the library using library materials – no computers. If your answer is correct, you will be entered into a drawing to win a free large, plain pizza from Village Pizza.

TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE LIBRARY DAY!

10:00am-3:00pm

Visit the library and complete activities and games based on favorite book characters! Children (12 & under) who complete all 6 stations can enter to win a Kindle. Stations include: Pete the Cat, Elephant, Piggie & Pigeon, Fly Guy, Magic Tree House, Harry Potter & Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

2016 WINTER READING PROGRAM
BOOK BINGO!
January 4, 2016 –March 6, 2016

Birth-6th grade

Looking for something to do this winter? Join our Winter Reading Program!

Register beginning Monday, December 28, 2015 to receive your BINGO playing card & winter stamp.  On Monday, January 4th begin reading books that correspond with the BINGO squares. For every BINGO completed, visit the library to play a special game and win a prize!

Registration begins Monday, December 14, 2015 for residents and Wednesday, January 6, 2016 for nonresidents.

11:00am: MOTHER GOOSE TIME: storytime for Birth-21 months

Stimulating lapsit program. Includes sharing board books, nursery rhymes & bouncing games.

6:00pm: PROJECT: CREATE!: 3rd-6th graders

Create catapults and trebuchets, then compete to see whose can hurl things the farthest!
