Read Alongs: Picturebook with audio CD kits to help your child read along while listening to the story.

Word of the Month

Gymnasiarch

Define the word and where it originated. All work must be completed in the library using library materials – no computers. If your answer is correct, you will be entered into a drawing to win a free large, plain pizza from Village Pizza. For children through age 12.

ON YOUR MARK, GET SET…READ TO ME!: ages birth to pre-k

Receive a prize each time you complete 7 days of reading for at least 15min per day.  Register in person to receive your reading log.

5:30pm: WORLD CLASS FRISBEE SHOW WITH TODD BRODEUR: all ages

Two-time freestyle Frisbee champion, Todd Brodeur, will educate, entertain, and motivate us with his captivating Frisbee show. The show will be followed by a fun, interactive, hands-on playshop for children ages 5 & up. This event will be held at the Pitkin Community Center.

Join your friends for some hooping! Classes taught by Bring the Hoopla, an educational hoop business whose mission is to bring the fun back into fitness.
