What to Expect During the Transition

• Account Access will not be available beginning May 18th
• Due Dates will not be scheduled May 18th- June 8th
• Items On Hold & Owned by Other Libraries must be picked up by patrons at the owning library May 18th- June 8th
• The Current Catalog (ENCORE) will not be accurate – Please call the library to verify item information & location
• Interlibrary loan will not be available from May 1st – June 10th
• Museum passes will not be available from May 15th – June 10th
• The New Catalog (VEGA) is expected to go live WED. JUNE 3rd
• Libby/Overdrive & other e-resources may experience technical difficulties
• We will not be able to look up library card information – You need to have your library card with you to check out items
• The Wethersfield Library will be Closed May 23rd- May 27th & Will Re-Open May 28th
